Offer of Employment:

Position: Director of Business Development/Sales Associate

Location: Multiple

Compensation Package:

Base salary - $50,000 (50k)

Additional compensation/new business - 25% of Title Company’s split of title insurance premium

on all transactions you generate.

Benefits:

$100.00 a month cell phone reimbursement

Mileage reimbursement at current government rates (from your main office to

meetings/settlements and back)

Company expense account for lead, client and potential client entertaining etc.

21 days of PTO

Standard government holidays off (however we do an annual all company meeting on

November 11th)

Health benefits coverage (plan details vary)

401K eligible after 6 months of employment.

Director of Business Development/Sales Major Responsibilities:

Generating new business for Title Company via cold calls, warm calls and meetings.

Generate, maintain and grow business within an assigned territory/account.

Create relationships with real estate agents, loan officers and builders who will refer business to

The Title Company

1. Consistent Social Media engagement with and for client/prospect base

2. Strengthen and maintain relationships (stay top-of-mind) with current clients

3. Contribute towards the Title Company’s public relations

4. Generate brand awareness for Company

5. Schedule and hold networking and marketing events

6. Aide real estate professionals in growing their businesses

7. Support the Settlement Process

8. Utilize Salesforce (willing and able to learn the CRM)

Major Job Functions:

1. Generating new business for the Title Company by:

Scheduling meeting with real estate agents

Holding meeting with real estate agents

Utilizing Universal Title Follow up and conversion systems.

2. Create and maintain relationships with new and current clients.

3. Contribute towards Company’s public relations through:●

Hosting and conducting classes for real estate agents

Be appropriately socially active on social media platforms

Participate in Networking industry events

Hosting and participating in Happy Hours or other social events.

4. Aide real estate professionals in growing their businesses by:

Masterminding growth ideas

Forming a business relations

Being a resource for their title, settlement and marketing

5. Conduct settlements

6. Utilize Company’s systems, processes and software platforms.
